Aged white tea from high-mountain tea grown in Fujian Province. Produced at the Ding Yong Hao factory from the autumn of 2018, the tea is carefully aged.
A loosely pressed 350-gram cake consists of large, fleshy leaves and a small amount of buds and stems. The aroma of this dry tea is soft and calm, with notes of medicinal herbs, spices, and berries.
The infusion is clear, clean, and greenish-yellow in color, darkening with infusion. The flavor is balanced, soft, and slightly sweet, with notes of dried berries, wildflowers, medicinal herbs, and wood. A fresh, lingering aftertaste.
A good choice for everyday tea drinking. Pleasantly refreshing, warming, and gently invigorating. Perfect for leisurely, thoughtful tea drinking, as well as for a work break.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 80–90°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 15-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 15-20 seconds.
Infusion method

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
