This tea is grown in the volcanic soils of Wudong Peak in the Phoenix Mountains. Its golden infusion features a complex, honey-floral aroma. The flavor is sweet, fruity, and floral, with notes of apricot, saffron, jasmine, pear, raisins, and almond cookies. There is a perceptible astringency reminiscent of basil, chamomile, and mandarin peel. When steeped more intensely, notes of eucalyptus and tree resin emerge, bringing a distinct astringency and bitterness. It provides a warming effect, aids concentration, and offers a refreshing, energizing boost.

The leaves are dark brown with yellow stems, rolled lengthwise, and exude a vibrant floral and fruity aroma. The infusion is golden in color, with a complex honey-floral fragrance. The taste is sweet, fruity, and floral, featuring notes of apricot, saffron, jasmine, pear, raisin, and almond cookie. Subtle hints of basil, chamomile, and mandarin peel add a touch of acidity. When brewed strongly, the tea develops a certain astringency and the bitterness of eucalyptus and tree resin. The aftertaste is long and slightly drying, balancing sweetness with a hint of bitterness, accompanied by notes of grapefruit and a mineral, saline quality.

How to brew
Steaming

- Water: 85-90°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
Infusion method
