The bright green knots are medium-sized, hemispherical, and twisted, with an abundance of large stems. The aroma of this dry tea is rich and soft, with notes of flowers, wild herbs, and a slight tartness.
The infusion is clear, transparent, greenish-yellow, with a juicy floral and berry aroma. The taste is sweet and buttery, with notes of fruity wood, honey, and caramel. The aftertaste is refreshing and juicy, with a subtle citrus tartness.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
Infusion method
