A classic Guangdong oolong, its name translates to "Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea." The tea bushes, grown in the Phoenix Mountains, absorb minerals from the soil, while masterful processing imbues the leaves with a deep, multifaceted flavor and aroma.

The long, lengthwise-rolled leaves are reddish-black; in their dry state, they exude scents of wild strawberry, caramel, and honeyed nectar. Upon warming, the aroma becomes richer and more succulent, revealing notes of mango, papaya, and creamy caramel. The fragrance is dense, complex, enveloping, and warm.

The liquor is clear and pure, displaying a golden-brick hue and a stunning aroma reminiscent of Oriental sweets. The taste is enveloping and buttery—sweet yet spicy—featuring notes of Ceylon cinnamon, sweet cherry, cream, fresh caramel toffee, Bourbon vanilla, and apricot. With each infusion, the tea reveals new facets, long maintaining its depth and layered flavor profile. The bottom of the cup carries the scent of Turkish delight and honeyed pastries. It leaves a tart, floral aftertaste.

A warming, relaxing, and meditative tea suitable for afternoon and evening ceremonies. It is invigorating and gently energizing, helping to improve concentration and lift the spirits.
