Jiu Qu Hong Mei (Red Long Jing), AА, 2026
This tea is made from the same raw material used to produce Long Jing green tea. The infusion has a rich, amber-red color and a sweet, deep, and spicy aroma. Notes of ripe cherry, plum, dried fruit, and honey are perceptible, along with hints of tropical flowers and aged wood. The flavor is rich and long-lasting, with notes of dried fruit and oriental spices, as well as hints of bergamot and blood orange. This tea is wonderfully warming, calming, and relaxing.
This tea is produced in the area around the Da Hu Mountains and Xi Hu Lake in Zhejiang Province, using the same raw materials used to make Longjing green tea.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 6-7 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
Infusion method
