We recommend increasing the steeping time to 60 seconds after 3-4 infusions. This will allow the tea to reveal a pleasant sweetness and invigorating tartness.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 50-60 seconds.
Infusion method

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
