A rare, delicate, and unique yellow tea from Hunan Province. Expert aging lends this tea sophistication and depth. It is pressed into convenient, easy-to-brew tiles.

The raw material is harvested near Mount Jun, located in the middle of Dongting Lake. Special tea bushes grow here—characterized by rare branching patterns and thick, large buds—which are used to produce Jun Shan Yin Zhen. The production process involves a "smothering" (or yellowing) technique, where the leaves are wrapped in parchment or cloth and left to rest in ceramic vessels for several days. This process imbues the tea with an exquisite aroma and a complex, distinctive aftertaste.

The infusion is rich and orange-gold in color. The aroma unfolds gradually, shifting from a delicate, subtle dried-fruit note to a vibrant honey scent. The taste is full-bodied, velvety, and refreshing—complex and multifaceted—featuring notes of dried pear, apple, and apricot, accompanied by a slight astringency. It leaves a refreshing, subtle aftertaste.

A profound and sophisticated tea for connoisseurs. It harmonizes mind and body, refines perception, and stimulates mental clarity.
