A red tea from Qimen County in Anhui Province, China. The infusion is a brownish-copper color with the aroma of vanilla and freshly baked gingerbread. The taste is sweet and sour with a spicy accent and a slight viscosity, dense and rich, warming. It features notes of bread crust, hot fresh cookies, the bitterness of buckwheat honey, bee bread, and the tartness of lingonberries. Tea warms you comfortably and gives you a smooth, measured tone.

Bluish with a golden hue, long, tightly twisted strands with the aroma of berry pastilles, dried currants, and meringue. As the tea warms, notes of chocolate, cloves, and a bitter grapefruit and burnt berry jam emerge.

How to brew

- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 90-95°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
