This tea is made from Qing Xin tea leaves grown in the highlands of Yunnan Province. During production, the tea undergoes a moderate roasting and anaerobic fermentation.

The medium-sized knots consist of leaves, buds, and a small number of stems, giving the tea a deep and balanced flavor. The dry tea's aroma is warm and spicy, with caramel-fruity notes that unfold layer by layer as the tea is sipped.

The infusion is clear, transparent, and amber-colored with a red rim. The aroma is fresh and spicy, with pronounced notes of citrus and tangerine peel. The flavor is deep and buttery, with notes of rye bread and pastry, and sweet hints of nuts and seeds. The finish is warm, spicy, and caramel-woody.

This tea is pleasantly warming, relaxing, and refreshing. Perfect for an evening tea.
