This tea is produced in the area around the Da Hu Mountains and Xi Hu Lake in Zhejiang Province, using the same raw materials used to make Longjing green tea. The infusion is amber-burgundy with sweet notes of baked goods, roasted peanuts, dried fruit, mango, and apricot. The tartness of grapefruit, orange peel, chamomile, and rosehip tea is noticeable, along with a hint of bitterness from ginger and eucalyptus. The tea warms, boosts energy, and invigorates.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°С
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 6-7 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-15 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
Infusion method

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
