The tea's medium-sized, spherical knots are brownish-green in color. The dry tea's aroma is airy, voluminous, and spicy-fruity.
The infusion is clear, transparent, and a rich copper-amber color. The tea's aroma is soft, sweet, fruity, and floral. The taste is sweet and dense, with notes of rye bread, dark chocolate, and spicy dried fruits. The finish is velvety, long, and slightly tart.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 75-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
Infusion method
- Teaware: clay or ceramic teapot
- Water: 80-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-8 g per 1000 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
