The raw materials for this tea grow at an altitude of 1,900 metres in an ecologically clean region. The bud and two leaves are used in production.
A very delicate tea with a bright floral flavour, fruity notes and light spicy undertones. The infusion is transparent, airy, clear, light yellow in colour and oily. The aftertaste is fresh, with grassy notes and a delicate bitterness.
The tea is wonderfully refreshing, improves mood and is a gentle tonic.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 75-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 5-6 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot
- Water: 75-80°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-9 g per 1000 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
