When warmed by breathing, a delicate sweet aroma with notes of jasmine, meadow flowers and herbs can be detected. The taste of the infusion is soft and sweet, with notes of jasmine, and the tartness of tea rose, violet and mandarin. Jasmine dominates the short aftertaste. It is best to brew in a glass vessel with a volume of 0.5-1.2 litres to enjoy the appearance of the unfolding flower.
