White tea Morning Dew, AAA, 2025
Organic Nepalese sun-dried white tea produced in the Panchthar region. The taste is delicate, light with a bright floral and fruity aroma and a slight tartness. The tea is refreshing, relaxing and mood-enhancing.
High-mountain white tea produced in the Panchthar region.
The raw materials for this tea grow at an altitude of 2,200 metres in an ecologically clean region. The buds and two leaves from the April 2025 harvest are used in production. The leaves are dried on bamboo trays in the morning sun using traditional technology and undergo minimal processing.
The result is a delicate, light drink with a bright floral and fruity aroma and a slight tartness. A long-lasting floral and citrus aroma remains on the lid of the gaiwan.
It is refreshing, relaxing and mood-enhancing.
How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot, gaiwan
- Water: 75-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g per 100 ml of water
Brew in short infusions of 15-20 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 15-20 seconds.
Infusion method
- Teaware: porcelain or glass teapot
- Water: 75-85°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 7-9 g per 1000 ml of water
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
