Ух ты, блин, это ж Ганьдэ, да еще и мастер Кэ. Я такое только в интернете видел, а тут реально попробовал. Сразу говорю, это не просто чай, это искусство. Маслянистый, как масло, аж язык скользит. Я как будто в кондитерскую попал.

Но самое крутое, что с каждой заваркой он меняется. Я аж залип, сидел и пробовал, пробовал, пока совсем не выдохся. Чай вдохновляет, серьёзно. После него хочется творить, писать, или просто сидеть и смотреть в окно. Я под него даже пару стихов накидал, пока пил)

Этот чай от мастера Кэ произвел на меня глубокое впечатление. Высокогорное происхождение ощущается в каждом глотке: аромат свежести и чистоты буквально парит над чашкой...

Вкусовой профиль действительно многогранный. Маслянистая текстура обволакивает небо, а фруктово-цветочные ноты (сирень, персик) разворачиваются плавно. Ваниль добавляет мягкости и деликатности.

Особенность заключается в легкой шершавости в позднейших проливах. Это характерно для качественного те гуань инь и говорит об аутентичности обработки в старом стиле

Эффект хорошо сбалансирован: не тормошит и настраивает на медитативный вечер

The hemispherical knots are rich green with light flecks. The aroma of the dried tea is delicate, soft, floral and herbal, with subtle hints of tart berries.

The infusion is clear, pearly green, with a light, sweetish-floral aroma. The flavor is buttery and slightly sweet, with notes of lilac, peach, and vanilla. A slight roughness appears with steeping. The finish is long and enveloping.

How to brew

Steaming

  • Teaware: porcelain or ceramic teapot, gaiwan
  • Water: 80-85°C
  • Ratio of dry tea leaves: 3-4 g per 100 ml of water

Brew in short infusions of 5-10 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 10-15 seconds.
