A GABA oolong from Yunnan, produced by the renowned Chinese maker Nie Qun Hao using raw material sourced from high-altitude tea gardens. The aroma is delicate, fruity, and honeyed. On the palate, it is mildly sweet, woody, and fruity, with notes of caramel, honey, and tropical fruits, complemented by subtle hints of spice—all without any astringency or bitterness. It offers a long, silky finish with refreshing touches of green apple and mineral salt. This tea is warming, soothing, and relaxing; it helps reduce stress and supports concentration.

How to brew
Steaming
- Teaware: porcelain or clay teapot / gaiwan
- Water: 85-90°C
- Ratio of dry tea leaves: 4-5 g. per 100 ml water
Brew in short infusions of 10-30 seconds, gradually increasing the time by 5-10 seconds.
Infusion method

Infuse for 3-4 minutes
